Task

On one side, service is used by people who need IT support, on the other — by masters, who provide IT services. The client has problems with the interface and design ruthlessly outdated.

We need to collect all the pain of users and IT masters, analyze it and make a good product.

What we did

We divided the process of calling a master into three steps and made it more clear. We added chat and simplified billing system for users, now user just needs to enter card details.

We added the rating system, now user evaluates the master and vice versa. We developed a new design and a mobile version.
